After more than two decades of collaborating on a diverse range of projects, I’ve seen how creators—nearly everyone from artists to executives—can easily fall into the trap of clinging too tightly to their big ideas without assessing whether they deliver any real value, a habit that often leads to failure. We’ve all been there at least once.
The turning point in my creative career came when I discovered axiology—the philosophical study of values. Realising the importance of balanced evaluation not only improved the quality of my work, but also became the inspiration for this training programme and I’m excited to share this formula now with you
